It has been a long time since I wrote about fashion. Part of it is the fact that Polyvore is no longer available for people like me. We could embed listings from there in blogs. Furthermore, I no longer have access to it since it was shut down without any notice being sent to its user (not cool). I have requested everything that I loaded there, and I have to figure out how to make it available again. I have started to use Pinterest again. I created a new account just for blogging purposes. I will be updating my former fashion posts to replace all those pictures that are no longer available.
Everything that involves rainbow colors is on trend. Here are some of my favorite items. The Elizabeth Cole earrings are colorful but unique. The JCrew Factory striped sweater is something that could be worn with everything, and the colors look great with jeans. The last two items belong to Madewell. The swimsuit is a collaboration between Madewell and Solid & Striped. I like it because it offers full coverage of the derrière (something hard to find today since the current trend is to wear cheeky swimsuits). Finally, the Madewell stripe tank top is beautiful. I have it, and it not only goes well with blue jeans. I wore it with orange jeans, and it looked fabulous.
