My Wishlist and More….

I am now fully recovered from my illness, and eating a little bit better. I decided to write a new post since I will be away from my computer for some days. I am heading to the islands of Hvar and Korcula tomorrow afternoon, and I am so excited about it. I usually like to follow fashion trends on the internet. However, I only buy few “trendy” items – those ones that suit my personal style. It is interesting that yesterday I was talking about the “punk” jewels trend to somebody and this person was crazy about it. I like spikes and skulls. However, I only own an affordable spike bracelet. I confess I am not very crazy about the trend even though I like the design in certain pieces of jewelry. As a result, I decided to write about things that I personally like for this specific post. First I would like to mention two things that I am very happy I purchased or got before going on vacation.

I like the smell of Balenciaga’s Florabotanica. I asked my husband to purchase this perfume for me on his first trip to Europe earlier in the summer. It is a unique floral smell. It is not musky, and it is not fresh. Most floral fragrances to me smell the same. This does not apply to Florabotanica. It is even hard for me to describe the smell. However, it is not overwhelming and I enjoy it. Vanessa Mooney’s eagle necklace is just beautiful. I usually do not like / buy colourful jewelry. I prefer the brass / worn gold colour. I decided to give this blue eagle necklace a try. It looks great when wearing certain colours such as green, black, some shades of purples and other shades of blue. The quality of the necklace is great and I think it is worth the splurge.
Here are the things that I like and might buy. I have included the “camo” trend.

Finally here are four items that I would like to have and that I cannot simply because it is not affordable and not very wearable: Mary Katrantzou’s dress, and two dresses by Marchesa.

I like Mary Kantrantzou’s prints especially in those dresses worn by Alexa Chung and Dianna Agron.

Next update will be about Game of Thrones.
